Women in construction week is a national celebration meant to recognize the women that play a role in any area of the construction industry. This event runs the first week of March every year and this week, we're taking a moment to recognize the women that make Knobelsdorff stronger in every way.

How We Support the Future of Women in Construction
We’re not just focused on the women actively working in construction. We’re also committed to educating and inspiring the next generation through our Operation Trades Awareness (OTA) program. Getting in front of students early helps shape their decisions, aspirations, and career paths. We make sure that when we talk about careers in construction, women are represented at KE. Young women get to see firsthand that there’s a place for them in this industry, and we’re here to encourage them to step into it with confidence.
We’re also proud to partner with the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) because their mission aligns with ours. NAWIC works to create opportunities for women in the industry through networking, education, and career development. Having more women in construction contributes to a well-rounded and skilled industry, and we support that progress.
