General Qualifications

  • Pursuing or interested in a career in electrical, solar, construction, project management, estimating, engineering, HR, IT, safety, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with industry-specific tools (AutoCAD, project management software, etc.) is a plus.
  • Some positions may require availability at our Goodhue, MN location or travel to project sites.
