How often do you pay?

We pay weekly. You’ll get direct deposit every Friday.

What benefits do you offer?

KE covers 100% of employee health premiums and 70% for family (with no premium increase in 2026). We also offer dental, vision, 401k match and more.

Do I need to be from Minnesota to apply?

No. We hire Industrial and Solar Journeyman Electrician from across the nation. If you’re open to traveling or relocating, we’re interested in talking.

What type of projects will I be working on?

Most of our work is industrial. That includes feed, flour and grain facilities, data centers, logistics warehouses, renewable energy sites, shutdowns and plant upgrades.

How long are your typical projects?

It depends. Some projects last several months, while others are short-term shutdowns. We work to keep your schedule full and steady.

What’s the dress code or PPE requirement?

Standard safety gear is required. That includes a hard hat, safety glasses, high-vis, gloves and work boots. We provide any specialty PPE you might need for the job.
