Leveraging an organized production model and experienced automation professionals, the team established an efficient workflow capable of producing a high volume of panels while maintaining quality and meeting demanding project milestones, producing 14 panels per week with device configuration more than 90% complete before shipment.
Strong supply chain partnerships also played a critical role. Through long-standing vendor relationships, KE secured critical components, including PLCs and communication hardware, despite industry procurement challenges, allowing production to remain on schedule.
