Most recently, she led the HR function for one of Minnesota's fastest-growing companies, transforming HR from a traditional support function into a strategic business partner. Her experience includes organizational design, leadership development, talent strategy, compensation and total rewards, with a focus on creating scalable systems and strong, accountable teams.
